Licensing
How content generated with FrameForge Studio may be used.
Last updated: August 13, 2026
1. Grant of license
When you generate video or images using FrameForge Studio, we grant you a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, edit, display, perform, and distribute that generated content for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
2. Ownership
You retain ownership of the prompts and reference images you submit. Generated outputs are licensed to you as described above. FrameForge does not claim ownership of your generated content, and you are not required to attribute the Service when publishing it.
3. Permitted uses
- Films, trailers, and proof-of-concept reels.
- Advertising, social media, and marketing campaigns.
- Posters, flyers, album art, and editorial imagery.
- Presentations, pitch decks, and client work.
4. Restrictions
You may not:
- Use generated content in a way that violates these Terms or applicable law.
- Generate or use content that infringes a third party's copyright, trademark, or rights of publicity.
- Use the Service to create content that defames, harasses, or deceives about real people.
- Sub-license raw, unmodified access to the generation models themselves.
5. Third-party rights
AI outputs may occasionally resemble existing works or real individuals. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before public or commercial use, and for securing any third-party clearances (for example, likeness rights or music sync licenses) your final work requires.
6. No warranty
Generated content is provided under this license "as is". We make no warranty that any output is unique, original, or free from third-party claims. Your use is at your own risk.
