Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using FrameForge Studio ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Voxdigits Communications LLC ("we", "us").

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Invitees are added by workspace admins; each user is responsible for their own use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Generate content that is illegal, infringing, or that exploits or harms minors.
• Generate content depicting real, identifiable people without their consent, or deepfakes intended to deceive or defame.
• Use the Service to harass, threaten, or impersonate others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or disrupt the Service or its underlying systems.
• Resell or redistribute raw access to the Service without authorization.

4. Your content & licenses

You retain ownership of the prompts and reference images you submit. Content generated by the Service using your inputs is licensed to you for personal and commercial use, subject to these Terms and our Licensing page. You are responsible for ensuring your prompts and reference images do not infringe third-party rights.

5. AI-generated content

Outputs are produced by generative models and may be imperfect, unpredictable, or similar to other outputs. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it. We do not guarantee that any generated output is unique, accurate, or fit for a particular purpose.

6. Credits & billing

Rendering video and images consumes integration credits. Credit availability depends on your plan. Paid features, where offered, are billed in advance. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may adjust credit costs or plan features with reasonable notice.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any output will meet your requirements.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voxdigits Communications LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, or for the content you generate or publish using it.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the Service or its users.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
